GREAT WEB SITE. LEARNED A FEW THINGS THERE. HERE IS ANOTHER PHOTO TO ADD TO YOUR COLLECTION. MY FORCE 1000 THAT MY WIFE BOUGHT FOR ME BEFORE WE WERE MARRIED. IS THAT A GREAT WOMEN OR WHAT? SHE PLAYS KEYS SO SHE UNDERSTANDS A QUALITY INSTRUMENT. ANYWAY, GOT THIS ONE ABOUT 1994 OR 1995. NEVER AGAIN WILL I HAVE A STEEL SNARE ON A KIT. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY WOOD SONOR. YEARS AGO I HAD A ROGERS 5 PIECE WITH A STEEL SNARE. GREAT KIT, BUT JUST NEVER HAD THAT SNARE SOUND THAT I WAS AFTER. MY SONOR WAS SET UP IN A LITTLE NEW AND USED MUSIC STORE -"MUSICIAN'S BARGAIN BASEMENT." STEVE CONLEY, THE OWNER, WAS IN AND I ASKED HIM TO PLAY 'EM. WITHIN A FEW MINUTES, I KNEW THAT FORCE 1000 WAS MY NEXT KIT. I ALSO HAVE TO THANK STEVE FOR TURNING ME ONTO SABIANS. I WAS A DIE HARD ZILDJIAN MAN, AS ARE MOST DRUMMERS UNTIL I HEARD THOSE SABIAN ROCK SIZZLE HATS. "WRAP IT UP" I TOLD HIM, "AND DON'T FORGET THOSE HATS." SO NOW I'M A FENCE RUNNER WITH BOTH ZILDJIANS AND SABIANS ON MY KIT. OK, ENOUGH RAMBLIN', ENJOY THE PHOTO.
