Hi

My name is Bren Rayner from Coventry in England and I am a Sonor Geek.

I am now the proud owner of three Sonor kits.  I have been playing Sonor for thirteen years and although in that time I've tried other brands I have never found anything as good as the Sonor brand and keep coming back.  I will now play nothing but Sonor.  I play in Brass Bands over here and Sonor is a very rare brand to be seen and I get many admiring glances at the kits, especially the Delite.

My pride and joy is the Delite kit that I bought in March 2003.  It is Cherry Red lacquer and I have the following sizes: 8", 10", 12", 14" and 16" Mounted toms, 14" x 5.5" matching snare and a 20" Bass Drum.  The whole kit is mounted on a Gibraltar three sided rack, complete with a set of Zildjian A's, K's and Z's and protected by Hardcase Cases.

I have recently purchased a Force 3003 in White Sparkle at Christmas 2003.  This is an amazing kit for the money: fantastic value!!!!  Sizes are 10", 12" and 14" Toms, 14" x 5.5" matching snare and 20" Bass Drum.  It is complemented by a complete set of 400 series hardware and Paiste Signature cymbals and again protected by Hardcase cases.

My third kit is a Force 3000 in Scandinavian Birch.  I've had this kit 13 years and it has been brilliant.  Sizes are 8", 10", 12", 14" mounted toms, 14" x 6.5" matching Snare and a 20" Bass Drum.  All mounted on a rack system and complemented by Gibraltar Pedals and stands and protected by Le Blond Cases.  I now intend to hand this down to my son, Kallum to encourage him to play.  No pictures at present as it's in the process of being cleaned up.
