Yet More Drum Pics

Mid -late 70's Sonor Phonic D-500 ferromanganese 5x14 snare.
Very similar to a Ludwig Supraphonic but with a shell about twice as thick.
Strainer release is "baseball bat" lever controlled, and the snare tension is adjusted with a knob on the back side of the drum.
I don't have a picture of this drum in my literature, it looks the same as the 1975 D-500 but with 10 lugs instead of 8.

I liked this drum but hardly ever used it - so it found a new home in Ohio.
